Shipping
We offer free shipping anywhere in the continental US and primarily use USPS and UPS . We do offer international shipping, though additional charges will apply.
Handling & Delivery Times
Orders are shipped via USPS/UPS/FedEx within 2 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time). If your order comes in after 4:00 PM it’ll be processed the next business day.

Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has left our warehouse, a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number will be sent to you. You will be able to track your package at all times.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at service@maproductinc.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
